We discuss your style, needs and all the choices that matter to your family. This gives our architect everything needed to design your dream home or us to find an existing property that checks all the boxes. In some cases, renovation is the better solution. For example, for homes with a footprint over 200 m².
02 — Architectural Visualisation (free)
We create an architectural visualisation for you, free of charge. Using everything we learned in step 1, we design a dream home or rental property that offers everything your family is looking for.
03 — Select a plot ( can be your own )
Together, we visit our available plots and select the one that best suits the home we visualised for your family. If you already own a plot or we choose to renovate an existing home, we simply skip this step.
04 — Build by the Frikta™ Method.
We build your home turn key for a fixed price. This keeps the process safe, predictable and clear, giving our families the confidence to take the next step.
05 — Enjoy.
This step speaks for itself. We want the process to be fun and human but nothing is more rewarding then a strong result.
