With a vast background in various companies, Thijs van den Broek decided to lay the groundwork and establish GrowsCo as a new primary focus. The company embodies human values and fair trade principles, operating on the belief that fostering a more competitive market ultimately benefits the people in the region.

The concept of GrowsCo was born from a dream, and so was the location where we initiated our activities. After setting up several processing locations, we developed a robust foundation to support companies at every stage, from startups to multinational corporations. We understand the struggles of the entrepreneurial journey, having all started as a startup at one point, working long hours and even sleeping in our office spaces.
