The approach of GrowsCo™ is simple:
We focus on total development. This includes various innovative concepts that go beyond construction alone, such as creating jobs, increasing cumulative income, developing the surrounding environment (which reflects on your assets), as well as operating, managing, maintaining, and potentially even selling these properties.
Through collaborations with local farmers, municipalities, provincial councils, and even political parties, our capacity to get things done is substantial.
We work WITHOUT third parties, which makes the feasibility, planning, and predictability of our projects stronger. Of course, there are always factors such as weather and similar circumstances, which our team carefully takes into account.
In 2026, we'll have 1,000+ hectares available for development, part of which lies directly adjacent to the water or on the highest mountain ridges in the region.
These sites will be developed into high-yield, hybrid off-grid projects, constructed at approximately 40% below market value, so profit is realized upon completion. This approach makes working with us virtually risk-free and enables our partners to recover liquidity significantly faster.
With every development, we take responsibility for forest management, in order to counter the declining average tree diameter and to keep our market stable in the long term...
